Cancellation Policy

Our salon is typically booked 1 month in advance. For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment time. Appointments are not final and booked until it is reviewed by our artists. If approved, you will receive a confirmation text within 4 hours of your request. If not approved, a stylist will reach out to you within 4 hours, requiring more information.
